Role: Java Developer/Sr. Developer
Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai
Who are we looking for?
A mid-junior level, very good Java developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in the Telecomm Domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing cutting-edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
•The candidate must have over 3 years of experience.
•Experience in working on complex web and standalone applications
•Experience in working on front-end and backend.
•Good experience in Java, Java/Swing
•Good experience in on SOAP/RESTful Webservice, Spring, Hibernate
•Good experience in SQL (Oracle and Sybase ASA), XML, Maven
•Good experience in Angular/React/Node JS
•Good experience in testing with JUnit
•Experience in Axis 2, Apache FOP
•Should have knowledge on Tomcat, Active MQ/JMS, JDBC
•Should have knowledge of JAXB, Log4j, Wicket, HTML
•Knowledge of J2EE design patterns.
•Experience to work with offshore/nearshore
•Good communication skills (customer-facing)
•The candidate should be a team player & comfortable working in the onshore-offshore model.
•The candidate should be able to support design & code reviews if required.
Process Skills:
•Capable of analyzing requirements and developing software as per project defined software process
•Ability to code as per IDD and to write and develop IDD.
•Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
•Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data, and contribute to appropriate development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
•Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
•Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
•Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
•Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
•Somebody who has at least 3+ years of work experience in software development.
•Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
