When I think about the Mars Orbiter Mission, I can’t help but feel a sense of admiration. Not just for its success, but for how it succeeded.
ISRO didn’t take a straight path to Mars. It didn’t rush.
It orbited Earth multiple times first, building momentum, precision, and understanding with each revolution before the final push that sent the orbiter into deep space.

Phase 1: Registered Product Owner (Weeks 1 to 4)
The first four weeks are your Earth orbit.
It is where you build discipline and perspective.
Where you start connecting the dots between product goals, customer value, and team flow.
Every weekend becomes a loop of learning, another orbit that builds your clarity and confidence.
In this phase, you learn to define a clear product vision, refine and prioritize backlogs based on value, apply empirical insights for better decisions, and understand the rhythm of value flow across teams.
It is practical, hands on, and designed for people who work in the real world of ambiguity and deadlines.
By the end of these four weeks, you are no longer reacting to change. You are leading through it.

Phase 2: Registered Product Owner@Scale (Weeks 5 to 8)
Once ISRO’s orbiter had built enough velocity, it left Earth’s orbit and began its journey toward Mars.
That is what the next phase is about, breaking free from the pull of the familiar.
The Registered Product Owner@Scale (RPO@S+AI) program helps you step into a broader role where alignment, coordination, and adaptability matter more than individual effort.
Over the next four weekends, you explore how to coordinate multiple backlogs through the Product Owner Team, lead Executive MetaScrums that bridge strategy and delivery, use AI and data for clarity, and build alignment without losing autonomy.
By the end, you do not just think like a Product Owner. You lead like a Chief Product Owner.
You begin to see how to scale vision without losing the human element that makes teams great.
