Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Overview
We are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting experiences. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. These terms comply with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of our payment provider, Stripe.
2. Training Courses (Live & Virtual)
Cancellations by Participant
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before the course start date.
- Partial Refund (50%): Available for cancellations made between 3 to 6 calendar days before the course start date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule to a future course of the same type once, without additional charges, provided the request is made at least 3 days prior to the original course start date.
3. Consulting Services
For time-bound or fixed-scope consulting engagements:
- Advance payment is non-refundable once the engagement begins, except in cases of service non-performance.
- Cancellations before kickoff are eligible for a 90% refund, subject to written notice and confirmation.
Custom agreements may override this policy and are governed by separate terms.
4. Digital Products or Materials
- Access to digital content (e.g., recordings, toolkits, templates) is non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
- Exceptions may be considered for duplicate purchases or accidental charges.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method via Stripe.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
- Any processing fees incurred by Stripe or your financial institution are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Cancellations by Serpro Consulting
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, trainer illness, force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
