Roy Nanku

Managing Partner, Agileon

Roy is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Agileon, bringing nearly two decades of experience in systems management and developing internal sustainment programs that drive long-term agility. He specializes in streamlining business processes through creativity, design thinking, and strategic guidance, delivering scalable solutions that optimize performance across industries, from Fortune 500 companies to the U.S. military.

At Scrum Inc., Roy served as the Director of Product, where he pioneered agile role-based courses, mentored over 30 professionals toward Scrum Trainer certification, and led digital learning innovations that strengthened the organization's training ecosystem.


Previously, as the Director of the National Security Defense Innovation Program at the Department of the Navy, Roy implemented Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Thinking across 35+ commands, including the II Marine Expeditionary Force and Special Operations Command. His work generated $2.1M in cost savings, enhancing operational effectiveness for over 2,400 personnel.


Now at Agileon, Roy continues to drive transformation through strategic agility, embedding sustainable internal programs and business process optimization to help organizations align business outcomes, accelerate performance, and scale effectively. His focus remains on empowering teams, embedding sustainable agility, and delivering measurable value in complex environments.

Avi Schneier

Managing Partner, Agileon

Avi is a Managing Partner and Executive Advisor at Agileon, working closely with leadership teams to drive global change initiatives and bridge strategic decision-making to execution. His versatility allows him to operate across organizational layers, ensuring high-level transformations translate into tangible, scalable outcomes.


For over eight years, Avi served as Dr. Jeff Sutherland’s right hand, shaping Scrum@Scale and expanding agility beyond IT. He has trained over 5,000 agile practitioners and led transformations in marketing, procurement, sales, customer support, and biotech laboratories, helping organizations build adaptive, high-performing teams.


Avi has worked with Fortune 200 companies, startups, and multinational enterprises, designing agile operating models and enabling dozens of Agile leadership teams to optimize workflows, accelerate value delivery, and sustain long-term agility. He is also a contributing author and editor of the Scrum@Scale Guide, specializing in agile architecture for large, interdependent teams.


At Agileon, Avi plays a critical role in advising executives and guiding enterprise agility, ensuring alignment between leadership strategy and execution. His ability to navigate complexity and drive sustainable change makes him a key partner in building resilient, high-performing organizations.

Dr. Jessica Crowley

Managing Partner, Agileon

Jessica is a Managing Partner at Agileon and an Organizational Development Scientist, specializing in portfolio work management and data-driven decision-making. She has led Agile and change management transformations across defense, aerospace, rail, manufacturing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals, working closely with senior leaders to optimize operating models, scale agility, and execute strategic change initiatives.


With over a decade of experience, Jessica has played a pivotal role in leading the world’s largest agile military transformation with the UK Ministry of Defence, proving her ability to drive enterprise agility in highly regulated environments. She has also collaborated with global executives to capture strategic visions, assess organizational states, and implement scalable solutions that enable high-performance teams.


A skilled facilitator, coach, and advisor, Jessica specializes in organizational development, empirical research, and transformation strategy. She champions employee-led change and applies data-driven insights to streamline decision-making, ensuring that organizations not only adapt but sustain long-term success.
