2. Services Overview

We offer:

  • Training and Certification Programs, including Registered Scrum Master (RSM), Registered Product Owner (RPO), Registered Scrum@Scale (RS@S), and related courses licensed via Agile Education Program powered by Scrum Inc.
  • Consulting Services related to Agile Transformation, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure Modernization, and AI Implementation.
  • Custom Engagements including solutioning, pre-sales advisory, and organizational coaching.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.
  • Respect the intellectual property and proprietary content offered through our courses and consulting engagements.

You agree not to:

  • Resell or distribute our course materials without written permission.
  • Misrepresent yourself as a certified trainer or consultant without valid credentials.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse our digital tools or systems.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All prices are in [Currency] and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment must be made before accessing any course or engagement begins.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for training may be available if cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the course start date. No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
  • Custom consulting engagements will be governed by separate contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, training material, and frameworks—unless explicitly noted—are the intellectual property of Serpro Consulting, Scrum Inc., or our respective partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website, training, or consulting services.
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., technical issues, third-party platforms, force majeure).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, including misuse of materials or inappropriate conduct during training or engagements.
