We are seeking a motivated Fresher Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development to join our dynamic, product-based software development team in Mangalore. You will work on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), specializing in Node.js, Express, and database design to build robust backend systems, while gaining experience with React for front-end tasks. Under the guidance of a senior developer, you will contribute to a few projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and schema design.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Write clean, scalable, and testable backend code following best practices.
• Assist in developing basic front-end features using React under senior guidance.
• Debug and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Learn and apply new technologies, contributing to a few projects with mentorship.

Requirements:

• Fresher with 0-1 year of experience, including exposure to production-level or personal projects using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and database design, with hands-on experience in MongoDB.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and commit to a work-from-office setup in Mangalore.

Secondary Skills: Frontend development (e.g., basic React or UI/UX principles).
