We are seeking a motivated Fresher Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end development to join our dynamic, product-based software development team in Mangalore. You will work on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), specializing in React to build engaging user interfaces, while gaining hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB. Under the guidance of a senior developer, you will contribute to a few projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and build full-stack features using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB to support data storage and retrieval for application features.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
• Assist in debugging and resolving front-end and basic back-end issues.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Learn and apply new technologies under the mentorship of a senior developer.
• Contribute to a few projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.

Requirements:

• Fresher with 0-1 year of experience, including exposure to production-level or personal projects using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for backend development.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and commit to a work-from-office setup in Mangalore.

Secondary Skills: Backend development (e.g., advanced Node.js or database optimization).
